I am a change agent, thought leader, researcher, and champion of the wisdom of lived experience who helps clients from across health and human services align their work with what matters most to the people they serve. As I work with clients, I draw on deep expertise in evaluation, measurement, engagement, and group facilitation built over 20 years of experience. This includes previous roles at Stanford University and American Institutes for Research where I developed numerous quality indicators, led work demonstrating how to use measurement to re-orient systems around people and communities, and served on expert committees at the National Quality Forum and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. I have a MS in life sciences communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BA in biology and French from Washington University in St. Louis.
Today I work as a consultant to help clients evaluate, measure, engage, and communicate with clarity around purpose and in partnership with people who bring relevant lived experience. I focus on meeting teams where they are in their learning journeys, building strong relationships among key stakeholders, and serving as a thought partner and guide.
