How I contributed: Designed an evaluation focused on identifying lessons learned from a large quality improvement project. Synthesized learning and published findings in a variety of formats.

• Key learnings from the Supporting Staff Survey – As part of the Moving Needles quality improvement project, we surveyed frontline staff working in long-term care facilities about how they prefer to receive job-related training and how they view vaccination relative to their work.
• Guide to Support Effective Immunization Practices in Post-Acute and Long-term Care – This comprehensive guide synthesizes learning, best practices, and resources from the Moving Needles quality improvement project. Led development of the section on collecting and using data to guide immunization efforts.
